Mimosa Open Bar Package

Mimosas first started in the 1920s in the UK and was commonly known as a โ€œBuck Fizzโ€. Buck Fizz is the inventorโ€™s name. This beverage was originally made with champagne and orange juice which we now recognize as a mimosa. However, this cocktail wasnโ€™t known to be a mimosa until a few years later by a French bartender. In the light of, we developed 5 different easy and delicious ways to make mimosas.ย 

Day drinking became so much better!! Measurements are based on a standard 7 oz champagne glass. All 5 of these cocktails are inspired by the original mimosa.

Raspberryย 

  • Raspberry Liqueurย : 1 oz
  • Champagne:ย 5 oz
  • Optional: raspberries for garnishย 

Raspberry Mimosa has a beautiful dark burgundy color. Moreover, it looks delicate, and elegant. The last finishing touch to this beverage is adding fresh raspberries as a garnish.

Bluosaย 

  • Blue Curacaoย : 1 oz
  • Champagne:ย 5 oz
  • Optional: Orange slice garnishย 

Bluosa has a rad color among the mimosa. It contains very interesting and eye catching features. As seen above, the orange liqueur called Blue Curacao achieves this beautiful blue color.

Bellini

  • Peach Liqueurย : 1 oz
  • Champagne:ย 5 oz
  • Optional: peach slice garnishย 

The bellini has a peach flavor made with peach liqueur. This drink on its own can be an absolute favorite , however, do not forget the peach garnish!! It gives the mimosa a nice extra touch.

Strawberry

  • Strawberry puree: 1 part
  • Champagne: 1 part
  • Optional: fresh strawberry piece garnishย 

The strawberry mimosa will be absolutely delicious! It taste sweet, soft, and pleasing to look at. However, it can be less strong from the previous three since a puree is used here. Overall, it is equally as delicious. This beverage contains a reddish, pinkish color which is why it is loved so much!

The Originalย 

  • 1 part Orange juiceย : 1 part
  • Champagneย : 1 part
  • Optional: orange slice and a cherry garnishย 

The Original of all the mimosas is obviously here for good reason. Although, it is only orange juice, there is something about orange juice that makes the champagne so much better and pleasing to drink.
